Game season has started and you can enjoy deer of our regional woods or fresh poultry like "wild boar skewer & dried dates wrapped in bacon served seasonal vegetable with pepper-jus and duchess potato" in our restaurant.  You'll find all seasonal dishes on our current menu card.
